01 / OUR REASON TO ROLL

Different abilities.
Endless possibilities.

An opportunity can change how someone sees the world—and how the world sees them.

Beyond D.A. Bus promotes opportunities for people with disabilities to take part in activities they may have thought were out of reach. Our mission is to break negative stereotypes and make room for adventure, connection, and new experiences.

THE PERSON BEHIND THE PURPOSE

A spirit that
keeps moving.

It started with Chris.

Diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy at age 12 in 1986, Chris moved from walking to using a cane and then a wheelchair. His love of adventure kept going.

Water skiing, snow skiing, and scuba diving became part of his story. So did taking his adapted 2010 Challenger SRT on the Hot Rod Power Tour and onto the track.

Founded in 2015, Beyond D.A. Bus carries that spirit forward: helping others discover what is possible for themselves.

02 / A DIFFERENT KIND OF DRIVE

Big purpose.
Short bus.

A classic hot rod exterior. A vision for a fully wheelchair-accessible interior. D.A. Short Bus is the showcase project for a bigger idea: transportation can express personality and possibility.
